We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The staff were very gentle and always ready to help. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is conveniently situated on the outskirts but still offers easy access to the center of the city and the Malabe area. Transportation was not an issue, as Uber services were readily available. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the food overall was great.

A hidden gem tucked away in a quiet side street, Seven Eleven is perfect for a weekend getaway at a reasonable price. the rooms were clean and comfortable, the swimming pool was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and eager to please. We enjoyed the no-nonsense rice 'n curry, which was delicious, and appreciated the fact that the hotel was located at a short distance to key places of interest.

this did not spoil our weekend, as we spent most of our time in the lovely swimming pool or lounging in the beautifully maintained lawns.
